ComuniHub is a public-interest digital infrastructure initiative developed by the Network of Black Journalists for Diversity in Communication (Rede JP), designed to connect journalists, researchers, technologists, and community-based organizations across the Global South. The initiative focuses on strengthening information integrity, contextual AI systems, digital protection, and collaborative innovation pipelines grounded in territorial realities. Built from the experience of transnational journalism and civic technology networks, ComuniHub seeks to reduce structural inequalities in access to digital infrastructure, funding, visibility, and technological participation. The platform explores open and interoperable models inspired by digital sovereignty principles, federated ecosystems, and public-interest technology approaches.
